Mitel MiCollab Client
Our District uses a Mitel Phone System. Below is all the information you should need to get started with the Mitel MiCollab App and use your cell phone to contact parents through a district phone number.
Curent Service Status: Ready
We are currently still working on getting the server setup, but you can get started on installing the app and filling out the Extension Request Form. Please use the following steps to get started:
- Fill out the Staff Only: Request a District Extension form.
- Download the "Mitel MiCollab" app (links can be found below).
- Wait for an email from email@example.com (as this is a manual process for us to create each extension, this could take a few days before you receive your email).
- Watch the Video below on how to setup your application.
Email From Mitel
After your request is processed by someone in the technology department, you will receive an email similar to the one below. If you already downloaded the app, you can skill the first step in the email. If you reading the email on your mobile device, you can click the "Click here" deployment link, it will ask to open the Mitel MiCollab app, and will setup everything for you. If you are reading the email on your computer, you need to locate the "authentication key" and type that into the app manually.
